What is the difference between Medicare Part A and Part B?
Medicare Part A covers inpatient hospital stays, skilled nursing facility care, hospice, and some home health care. Part B covers outpatient services, including physical therapy. We specialize in Part B home health care, which is outpatient and does not require a homebound status.
Do I need a referral from my doctor to start physical therapy?
A physician referral helps us verify your diagnosis and ensures we are providing the most appropriate treatment plan for your recovery. We will coordinate your plan of care with your physician throughout your episode of care.
Is a homebound requirement necessary for in-home therapy?
No. We do not require patients to be homebound. Our goal is to provide therapy in the comfort of your home, allowing you to maintain your independence while receiving expert clinical care.
Which counties in New Jersey do you serve?
We provide services throughout North and Central New Jersey, including Morris, Somerset, Union, and Middlesex Counties. We are always looking for qualified therapists to expand our geography.Â
What is the hybrid model of care you use?
We combine in-person visits with Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) and telehealth. This hybrid approach allows us to track your progress in real-time and adjust your treatment plan remotely.
